hello

Can anybody recommend any good, older PC games since I don't really have the hardware to run the newer games nicely, if at all? I am interested in pretty much any genre but I would appreciate it if you suggest games other than FPS and RTS games (I already know about Warcraft, CS and Half Life). Here are the ones I already own.

WoW (but no active account and might sell)
Age of Empires 1
Neverhood
Flight Simulator 98
Microsoft Puzzle Pack
Dilbert's Desktop games

I have had the above games since '97 when I got the computer before the one I have now. Here are the stats of my computer to give you guys an idea on what games to suggest.

768 MB RAM
Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller
integrated graphics card
only a CD drive (that means no DVD)

Hi bot.

Starcraft, for one, its $20 bucks for the game itself and the expansion set, it has online capabilities and is still very popular.

Mechwarrior 4 and its expansion packs should run good on your computers specs, although the mechwarrior franchise stopped production for the PC genre in '02, so I don't know if it is available in stores anymore, maybe in gamestop or walmart, my guess is that it would only cost $20 for the game with all of the expansions if you would be able to find it.
