Is Extreme playable for me?

I downloaded Ricoom's language patch and am currently downloading the game, can't wait to try ^^. But how Chinese is it? What should I expect? I dunno how many of you are Chinese, but I'm dutch and have no knowledge of Chinese whatsoever. :dodgy: I don't know how complete Ricoom's patch is (Not trying to sound ungrateful), but will I be able to know what button to click if I wanna sell stuff, for example? Or lend blood bibles? Stuff like that. And will everybody else be talking chinese making it impossible for me to party or have a normal conversation? I'm not familliar with FengShen either, Global to the bone... :p Help me out!!

P.S. I downloaded and installed it, but I can't log in. I already made an account on www.darkedenextreme.com and am positive that I used the right password. I can't tell you why I can't log in for language reasons.

There arent many chinks in extreme, i think its like 40% english 40% brasilian and 20% chinks.

Well im ricoom XD My patch is quite good but shop buttons and shop buttons and that sort of things realy are in chinease Cuz they are picture files and we cant open them...
But mostly the game is translated and im working on more. if you dont know why you cant log on press print screen button and open paint press ctrl+v and save picture and upload somewhere like www.imageshack.us and then copy here a link or picture!! Then we can help
(I made the patch cuz i dont speak chinease too not at all. i dont even read it or understand not a word!!!)
