I don't believe she will be taking the role of Lara Croft in any upcoming films (I vaguely remember reading that). I think she simply the new face/body to promote the game and act as a spokesmodel for gaming conferences, etc. I do think that her figure being slightly more muscular than previous faces of Croft looks good. She appears strong and less fragile than previous models. I think Jolie will still be the face of Lara for the movies (if another is made). Angelina really does nail the persona.
