* use autotools for compiling
* fix some linkage errors
* find a replacement for libcpsso
* fix risk some warnings

You need the following libs to compile:
lua 5.1+
mysqlclient
cppunit
zlib
openssl

For compiling:
cd src
make depall

To generate source documentation:
cd src
doxygen
