I laughed when I saw people facing longer lines for early voting than will be present for election day.
Its bad mostly in black neighborhoods where the churchs are busing them all to the voting places. I only waited for about 5 min.

Well, Fables, for the past several years the message to young voters from the Democrats was "vote for us, we'll change all of this". So, I wouldn't think that my generation was disillusioned yet because they were all "it's the old people running the country, we want to elect someone "better"." Well, now they got what they want - if they drop the ball my entire generation will give up on the Democrats.

Truth, but something I also feel strongly about, is this election is so historically ground breaking, and the eyes of the world are on Obama who broke the unwritten law of white male presidency. So many children, colored, whites, people of all shapes and sizes are looking up to him, and he knows the pressures on. And when pressures intense, you perform.

I understand that and agree.
I just think it's a bit early to start saying "it's the end of America" as so many Republicans have been shouting. Granted, if McCain would have won then Democrats would have been shouting the same.
I'm just hoping Obama is ready for it all.

To be honest I'm hardcore republican to death, I'm a second amendment man, I'm a conservative and I hate liberals but I won't lie and say that I hate Obama, I in fact liked him alot when he first stepped on stage, but then he started spewing all this shit about me as a HARD working American owe it to the rest of the country to pay for some homeless shit's visit to the ER for eating dog shit, and how I need to give my money to the less fortunate (who are to lazy to get off their asses and get a motherfucking job). I really don't hate him but I hate what he turned into, I don't know if he did it for the lulz but I would be over-joyed if he succeeds and proves all us republicans wrong. Its history its up to him to be a communist or a fucking amazing president, only time will tell.
As far as the past few years I don't want to get to far into it, but I liked Bush I thought he did a good job considering all the shit he had handed to him. He kept the economy above water after a fucking terrorist attack on the HEART of our country, and then he had the balls to say fuck you liberal shits and struck back at terrorism. I agree Iraq was a bad idea but if we just get up and leave we end up looking like assholes, and guess what the terrorists will take that as a sign of weakness and oh shit there goes another 3,000 hapless people just doing their fucking jobs. Personally I think Bush was to passive, I would have glassed Afghanistan and Iraq and said fuck your shit to Iran given them a year to disable all nuclear plants before I glassed them to.
I guess that might be a little bit violent but I lose it when people are such fucking slime that they have to kill innocent civilians to get a hard on. Fuck that, people that think that is the only way to get their way deserve to have their blood boiled.
