Until the mods start coming out I had to do something to make expert harder since it was too damn easy. This is my server cfg currently, Makes almost everything harder with the exception that you heal much faster and pick people up much faster, you respawn in a rescue closet right away when you die, and every random item you would find in the map (pills bombs) will all be there:

GJ Shoody I was working on something similar, same idea but you dug up some nice commands for the quick respawn and heal.
