Start -> Run -> Type in cmd press enter. That opens up commander.
Now just type ping 123.123.00.24 (ip) or http://www.raikoh.com or whatever other network adress

999 ping is highest for most games, for websites n shit, i think it lingers around 10,000.
and on dsl, i pinged some web site a few months ago, cause i was bored, the ping was around 7,000

DarkEden Thailand have maybe 10~50 mb/s internet. They need 100mb/s if they dont wana have laggs. And diferent IP's on Myth and Blood Divine servers...
