I'm sure everyone here are extremely sad ( in fact "mad" ), with actual situation of DE Blood Divine, and about that the only thing i can say is sorry. Most of server issues must be solved by Thai Staff; me ( Pink ), Drayne and Base can only gather information to try something with them.

Actually, DE Thai Staff is passing thru a very critical situation with some very tough problems to solve and for that, they are kinda "afk" from game administration ( this includes Circle, Note, Shane and Kung, our engineer ).

I would ask you players to send comments, ideas for the next steps on Darkeden Thailand to my email ( cogm03@darkeden.in.th ). I'll try to meet them as soon as possible and try to make those steps as soon as possible.

Of course I know that a lot of people here are felling scammed, but that's not the objective of Darkeden Blood Divine and Myth is suffering of same problems except for the clan chat.

I already sent them some changes that might relief all players from the current scene ingame, and I hope they can be able to make them quickly. As all of you, i'm also a player and i feel sad ( or mad ) about the delay of some problems to be solved.

If I think of it DE TH isnt that bad.
I rarely get lag. But when I do.. Its horrific.
Before Blood server opened we where asking for something just like it.
Its more updated then INT and has GMs

Id say the top 3 problems of DE TH are

1.corrupted staff (not blaiming CO_GM's but the main admin's)
2.Unfullfilled promises
3.DC's/Lag. (I dont get much... But others constantly get it...)

What you still didn't understand Raikoh, is the fact i'm a regular player with a gm coat. All promises you heard, i heard as well. Try to put yourself on my position: i'm oriented to tell players something will happen, and as my job i do it, and after all things doesn't happen as i heard ( and you heard ).

It would be much more easy to get my player keep going and complaining about everything that happens, and just like you I would be full of reason. But just like you want things to happen, I also as a cogm want them to happen.

Unfortunatelly, there's a hudge gap between cogm's and a direct action :(

Believe me, there's no pros on being a cogm and plus, I have to listen to complainings and be unable to do something to solve them.

Thankyou for addressing our community for some answers on Why Darkeden Thailand english community isn't happy.

There are several problems we'd like to address:

1. Lag, I cannot express how annoying it is when your using a broadband connection and paying almost $50 for that internet alone and experiencing lag on a game that should have almost none. Yes we understand MMORPG are massive but Lag is Not an option, As you can tell our community hardly plays Darkeden anymore because as Customers we expect more for our hard earned dollar. I know many people who have put a number of dollars into Darkeden Thailand and are very upset that this money is not going to the game but to your pockets(not personal).

After you've covered your Sever then you can move onto another important issue: Hackers.

We understand hackers come in every shape way and form and knowing how to stop them is a hard and expensive thing. Why i put this Second in line instead of first is because of One thing many companies do to stop hackers and it's called Banning. You can buy anti hack programs and updates from whoever and while your doing that you BAN these cheaters. Yes you lose money for each person BANned but you improve the community and your PAYing customers. I'm sorry to say this but the darkeden staff is a bunch of pussies when it comes to BANning a player forever.

Next comes updates which don't have to be an actual update just an simple monster spawning event or something special like the gift event. This helps improve the community and relationship with staff and players.

Finally HELPing your community, Regularly talking to the community on your forums and in game also helps to bridge the gap between simple paying customer and the staff. This means you'll further a bond between the paying customer and yourself which in turn makes your customer more open and trustful about paying to play.

This is a business, But you can't expect to go half ass and expect profit. In order to make money you must spend money and time.

1. Sever
2. Anti-Hacks
3. Updates
4. Help

With these 4 methods you should be able to improve gameplay, community, support and finally profit.

Ofcourse this would work if the community wasn't so jaded already, I'm not so sure doing all of this would repair the damage done already.

Try taking down the number of paying customers and seeing how much they pay out and calculation time and prices with these paying customers. Also factor in incoming traffic from new accounts and what ratio pays, With this you can tell if your game is going to make a profit sooner or later depending on growth.

I'd almost tell you to make Darkeden Thailand 100% P2P with promises of Sever quality, Updates, Help and everything else related to good MMORPG quality in the likes of World of Warcraft for example.

It's very reasonable.
F2P people are the ones that usually cause the most problems.
With an all P2P system you can monitor peoples payment method, Ban them and there source of money thus making it much, Much more difficult to go on the game.

Not to mention this would weed out all those kids who are just terrible for a community.

You do not pay for the game, therefore, you have/had no reason to ever be upset, however, former members of the game that use to pay have the right to be upset and/or quit.

now about the server issues as long as one gm is active people that speed hack will be banned maybe not the 1st time you see them speed hacking in temerie

so further more about the lag the lag is not that bad and you get compensation for x5 exp when you do lag..it may not be allways or somehow postponed but dureing the x5 time you can make more exp then you would have otherwise in the 1st place

2nd my name is pure im 45 currently sword (on march 3rd 2006) and yes im f2p not because i chose to be but because thats the way it has to be for 1 or 2 months i work extremly hard everyday to level everyday and no im not a "level 30 fucktard"

the only slayers (all but defuse i know are 1-xx f2p) higher then me f2p are faith "level 51 sword" climbhazar "level 53 sword"

and supposedly DeFuse "level 67 gunner" there may be more i dont know of

if DE is your thing, then enjoy it while it lasts. but at this rate, those of us who are disappointed with the service dwindle in numbers, rapidly decreasing the number of paying members x.x..no funds = no benefits, such as events and such..and hopefully one day we will see the fall of the failure that is DE Thai.

But shit, I haven't seen a company waste so much fucking potential... everyone knows Americans dish out billions on gaming, Thai clearly had about 100+ of us hooked to get them off the ground. Even if they didn't patch, simple bug fixes and events was all it takes.

i knew about the quest exp that de korea received, personally im glad we dont have it cause i cant do the arrows game or the mine game worth a damn :P

besides wouldent it make leveling more like world of warcraft were people are so busy "grinding quest" (when there not "farming instances") to level

im sorry but that was not fun at all for me (60 warrior on wow protection spec) also it doesent promote grouping together to do dungeons cause people are all off doing quest collecting ores from differant zones ect

Well, thats not true I myself try my best to pick up crap items (battle mail, battle gaiter, etc) and drop it down for noobs or give it to the needy. But then again..you aren't online enough to see this miracle in the making.

Im p2p and on DIAL UP and u dont see me crying about lag do u? No coz i hardly ever get any and when i do i just log off for a while.
