i think that the expansion for D2 makes it alot better like adding the fifth act and adding 2 new classes and the new gems and charms makes it a whole lot better and more challenging somewhat not to mention, that when you play open battle.net you can not only hack which i do every now and then when i play but you can also import characters that you my have downloaded from a website like a hacked lvl 99 assassin or barbarian.

Nah, you can't download characters, it doesn't work that way. The character base is serverside, rendering any efforts to try and hack a character redundant.

It's a cool game anyway, very addictive.

actually zim, with open battle.net, the characters aren't serverside. with open battle.net you can get character from single-player and such. thats one reason why you can see so many lvl 99's kill andy and duriel and meph and stuff like that.

Hmm, what's 'open battlenet'? I play on the normal battlenet, if it's any different.

it's right below the regular battle.net button, you use downloaded chars and single-player chars.

click on other multiplayer and there is the open battle.net hackers galor in there....lol i even got a kick ass charm in there where i walk into the battle area and any monster near me dies in 1 hit.....ROFL no i'm not a hacker but it makes the game more interesting somewhat. and yes i have tried it without hacks and it was annoying cuz i beat it without dying once.

So the hacks must have made it less annoying cause you can like beat it without dying um at all, forever.

for me i can play D2 with and without hacks either way for me its the same game experience cuz i've beaten so many times.
