What did you expect the President to do? Just get up, leave, and cause panic in the classroom? Did you expect him to go, "Excuse me, a plane just hit the World Trade Center, I have to go?"
At the time it happened, it was still believed to be an accident. Does the President rush to talk to the people everytime there is an accident? No. Everytime a plane crashes or a cruise ship sinks, does the President make a speech on it? No. Get off of his case about 9/11 already. Nothing can be changed about what happened and what actions were taken and which ones were.

Steel melts at 1525 C, and yes steel only burns at 825 C, however, it doesn't need to be 1525 C because steel loses 50% of its strength at 648 C.
A building that tall cant sustain itself at 50% functionality.
The impact blew the fuel into the building, the direction it was traveling, cause that's where momentum was going. I hate you.

But GDR... the videos showed a smaller explosion moments before the planes hit the centers.
It... had to be something... I'm nearly impossible to convince... (Everyone here knows that for sure.) But this is starting to lead me on with it's large amnount of proof and facts.

Seriously, how hard would it be to edit that kind of footage in a clip, I'm not saying I did any research into this, but you never know nowadays.

i saw a video about the 9/11 conspiracy they said things that later on they said something different like: they found no blackboxes from the planes that hit the WTC. and then later they said Out of the 4 blackboxes from both of the planes they found 3 but couldnt find the fourth.
thats when i threw the video in the garbage cuz they didnt know shit about the truth.

Fact: Osams Bin Laden planned the attack on WTC, pentagon, and other crash sites and bombings.
and any info regarding flight plans, or info from that day is classified and will be till they deem it safe to relase to the public. trust me on that i asked my father who lost someone in the pentagon and he just said i cant tell you about any details of 9/11.
so those ppl in this forum who believe its a conspiracy need to think what gain could possibly come from the thousands of ppl who died from other countries as well and rescue personel who lost their lives as well as the ppl on the planes and buildings.

It's on every version. Look at news clips and pause it right before it hits. You see it.

not saying you cant get arrested if you dont do drugs just its higher when you do use them.
for instance: my friends that i mentioned above i could turn then in to the cops and all of his druggie friends that i have seen smoke and deal drugs, but i choose not too. however that pretty much makes me a accessory if they get arrested and i'm there regardless of them saying that i didnt smoke any drugs...

It is used to relieve pain, anyone that can read could have told you that, but it doesn't help heal it. Marijuna is not a good drug perse, in the use of a pain releivant it could be considered that, but more often than less, it is not used for those purposes, and it is mainly used by people who are contributing little if anything to society.
A lot of people on the otherhand, mostly online, say they smoke marijuana, like Adam, in most cases, I don't believe it, they say it simply to give themselves a title or because they think it's cool =/

anyway gettin back to the topic of this thread.......
there isnt any proof to say that its a conspiracy.... missle hitting the pentagon....not likely the military have air space over certain areas gaurded to prevent airplanes, and other flying objects(except birds and other flying creatures) from getting into the airspace.
and someone getting the flight plan of the planes involved in 9\11 even to this day a civilian cant get that info. trust me i tried, both through my father and the internet(w\o hacking).

How can you decide you agree to a conscpiracy theory if you haven't even attempted to look at the counter arguments. Like GDR said, how do regular citizens in new york know what a missle looks or sounds like? The reason there wasn't any parts remaining of the plane that hit the Pentagon was cause it was moving hundreds of miles per hour, there's not a lot of metal left at those speeds.

Actually there was large pieces of wreckage found around the Pentagon, just none of the photos were shown to you. (Im talking about whole wing sections, so its no question of what hit it)
I used to have a video that debunked Loose Change called "Screw Loose Change". I deleted it, but you can still find the video in whole on Google video. (Sry if this has been mentioned already, I don't have the luxury of time to read the whole thread at the moment)

i've watched almost every conspiracy video out there. in one video i watched they first said they couldnt find any of the black boxes, but about 20-30 mins later they said they found 3 of 4 black boxes. that right there just screams i'm a douche and have no idea what i am talking about. btw that dvd is my coaster...works great too.

No actually, they claimed they couldn't find any of the black boxes, but later it was documented that they found some of another plane that had nothing to do with the crashes. That's why it's all bullshit. Nothing adds up like it should.

What do you think happened on the fateful day of September 11, 2001? Do you believe that this terrible tragedy was sponsored by our own United States government, or do you believe that terrorists from halfway across the globe were responsible? There are dozens of theories as to who was responsible and how the attacks on our country happened, but one thing is for certain, all of these theories do not add up to the facts. According to organizations such as 911Truth.org, 9/11 was a conspiracy planned by the U.S. government to gain the country’s support to invade the Middle East for oil and other purposes. These organizations consider many theories including: the World Trade Centers were remotely detonated instead of crumbling under the damage of the airplanes; the Pentagon was attacked by a military projectile instead of an airplane; and the stand-down order was deliberately given to the fighter jets that could have intercepted the hijacked planes. Outrageous claims such as these are not only de-patronizing to our country, but are not substantiated claims. Through presentation of factual evidence and statements from eye-witnesses, these ridiculous claims can be disproven and help prove what really happened on that tragic day of September 11, 2001.
According to 911Truth.org, burning jet fuel cannot reach a high enough temperature to melt steel, therefore they claim that both of the World Trade Towers had bombs previously planted to help the buildings collapse after the planes crashed. However, jet fuel can burn hot enough to lower the steels structural integrity. Steel begins to melt at 2,750-2,800 degrees Fahrenheit while jet fuel can burn as hot as 800 to 1,500 degrees. Flames burning that hot for an extended period of time can severely damage the steels structural integrity, but won’t necessarily melt it. Steel can give way even if it hasn’t begun to show symptoms of melting, which is exactly what happened on both of the World Trade Centers. In addition to the jet fuel theory, 911Truth has eye-witnesses claiming that they saw puffs of dust and smoke shoot-out of the buildings before they collapsed, indicating some type of secondary explosion. According to engineers interviewed in Popular Mechanics Magazine…”Once each tower began to collapse, the weight of all the floors above the collapsed zone bore down with pulverizing force on the highest intact floor. Unable to absorb the massive energy, that floor would fail, transmitting the forces to the floor below, allowing the collapse to progress downward through the building in a chain reaction. Engineers call the process "pancaking," and it does not require an explosion to begin.” This event would cause all the air to shoot out of the compacted floor, which would explain the dust seen by witnesses just before the collapse of each tower.
The 911Truth members also believe that the attack on the Pentagon was staged and was not attacked by a commercial airliner. Despite countless witnesses claiming they saw the plane descend into the side of the building, the conspirators believe that the Pentagon was attacked by some type of military missile or other projectile based on the rather small opening left in the side of the building. The hole that was left in the side of the Pentagon was approximately 75-feet wide, much smaller than the 125ft. wide airplane…“A crashing jet doesn't punch a cartoon-like outline of itself into a reinforced concrete building.” says ASCE team member Mete Sozen, a professor of structural engineering at Purdue University (Popular Mechanics, 6). Instead, one wing disintegrated when it came in contact with the ground, and the other was shattered to pieces when it collided with the reinforced concrete walls of the Pentagon, as well as the rest of the airplane. Another event that leads conspiracy theorists to believe the Pentagon was attacked by a missile was the presence of intact windows just above or near the crash site. These windows, in fact, were designed to resist “a force significantly higher than a hurricane that's hitting instantaneously," says Ken Hays, executive vice president of Masonry Arts, the Bessemer, Ala., company that designed, manufactured and installed the Pentagon windows (Popular Mechanics, 6). These windows did exactly as they were designed to do, resisting a blast from a large impact. Conspirators also claim that no commercial airliner wreckage was found at the crash site, indicating a plane couldn’t have hit the Pentagon. However, many engineers and witnesses present after the crash insist they found debris and objects that would have come from an airliner. "I saw the marks of the plane wing on the face of the building. I picked up parts of the plane with the airline markings on them. I held in my hand the tail section of the plane, and I found the black box." claims blast expert Allyn E. Kilsheimer, who was the first structural engineer to arrive at the Pentagon after the crash (Popular Mechanics, 6). It seems every claim made by the conspirators has no compelling evidence to back-up their theories and therefore can be disproven.
Other minor claims made by 911truth.org suggest that the fighter jets in the vicinity of the hijacked planes were ordered to stand-down and not pursue the planes headed to New York and Washington D.C.. This wasn’t the case. In actuality, there were 14 jets that had the responsibility of patrolling all 48 mainland states. With no automatic system to alert the jets of hijacked planes, the news had to be literally delivered by word of mouth. In addition to the delayed information, the fighter jets had an almost impossible time locating the correct commercial aircraft. There were over 4,500 flights in progress in the United States, and with the airplanes’ transponders disabled by the terrorists onboard, it was like finding a needle in a haystack. The attack caught America’s defensive systems off guard, which was the reason for the delay and not because of a deliberate stand-down order. Conspirators also argue that it is routine procedure for fighter jets to respond immediately to commercial airliners that do not respond to air traffic controllers and are significantly off-course. However, even if a distant jet responded to the crisis, it would take at least an hour to reach the hijacked plane. An hour was the approximate amount of time it took for the fighter jets to actually reach the planes…long after they collided with the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. New methods were made after September 11th that enabled the patrolling jets to respond to a crisis much faster than before 9/11.

They identified 100+ bodies that were "on board a 757." And yes they found pieces of an American Airlines plane, but not one of a 757. A human body is going to be destroyed beyond identifiability before two steel/titanium engines.
The building hit before this is made of lesser quality steel, yet stood for 24 hours while 50+ stories were burned, and it never collapsed.
Like I said, shit doesn't add up. There are videos of the Pentagon during the hit, yet they haven't been released. The government could easily clear that up yet they won't, why?

you must of watched another video then. The one i watched said they didnt find any black boxes from those crashed planes... and then later on they said they found 3 of 4 form those very same planes.

Well Mr. NTSB investigator, I have a few things to say. The airplanes that hit the world trade center were filled to capacity for a transcontinental flight. That's 30,000+ gallons of highly combustible fluid that entered that building, not just in one area, but throughout a large segment of the building. Most other impacts that have occurred with buildings and aircraft took place after sometime of flight with much smaller aircraft. The twin towers were even designed to survive a collision from an airliner but not one as large as a 757. Also, the location of the impact plays a big role in it's collapse as it increases stress on the steel. When the planes hit the towers, it took out a very significant amount of the structure of the building. Couple this with the continual weakening from the vast amounts of fuel burning in the building and it's easy to understand why the WTC towers might have collapsed faster.
As for the engines, they were exposed out on the wings to come into contact with the pentagon and the ground. The passengers inside the aluminum fuselage of the jet were relatively protected compared to the engines which hung exposed under the wings and withstood the full force of the impact. Look at a car accident, for example. The engine is the most durable, strongest part of the car. But, during a head on collision, it can be completely obliterated while the passenger, inside of the car, could possibly walk away unscathed.
Watch history channel. They regularly rebut all this conspiracy theory bullshit. And they know what they're talking about ;)

More than likely Bush had no part in supervising or constructing the plan for the attack, but he did allow it. The 9/11 attack wasn't even the first time the government has come up with a plan to directly attack Americans, except that plan was denied.

i believe what i've read from my father who wasnt even 5 miles away when it happened and lost friends who worked there and the info that was released about the pilots who crashed into the crash sites...such as how they enrolled in flight school to fly.
i dont believe what the gov. says i believe what i've seen and heard from people who were near the pentagon. As far as Iraq, no one truly knows what happened to cause us to go into that country.
