if you still want to play fs try s5(fifth server down) its pretty much always up.
yeah dont play de int i tried it about 6 months ago and it was hacker infested.

Int isn't down, you need to change some settings and stuff in order to play.

either way INT isnt worth playing since its still hacker infested.
as far as which version to play FS or de japan its up to you.
FS has high xp rate, some server are laggy but it depends on where you are and if you need proxies or if you can connect with out them.
de japan has low xp rate and has pretty much no lagg.
