well, so i was using my brothers account to play wow to see if i liked it , well i decided to go out and purchase my own leet wow, well i tryed to make an account and keep gettin some lame 404 error and it wont let me finish making an account so i guess i wont be playing till blizzard resolves this issue :/

Have you tried with both IE and FF? I doubt it's a Blizzard error, as there are new accounts created all the time.

yes i have, and allthough i cannot reply to the wow forums due to no account, i have read them and it appears that a few others have the same issues

If it doesn't work in either browser then it's most likely a Java issue, as the Blizzard account creation / management page uses Java. I'd go to java.com and see about updating / re-installing it, were I you.

finally got it to work , it was a ie/java issue, thanks for your help ara:)also my new character name is AngryAngel on the detheroc server
