I have a forum for our WoW guild. BUT, I can't figure out how to let the members use their sigs. It's vbulletin like this one pretty much, only plain. How do I give them permission to use their sigs or post pictures?

You should have a link to your Admin Control Panel, where they will have all such options available. The type of forum software used will decide what link this is.
And if you're gonna have a site like that, you should discuss a link affiliation system with GDR, where you swap links from the main page to attract visitors.

Except its a clan forum, there are alot of members here who don't play WoW so its kind of a useless idea really...

And if GDR wants to expand the variety offered by this site, and I know he does, this could be a good opportunity (provided the clan is pretty active).

the clan is pretty active, the forum however is not. not sure how many of them could come here and put up with all the darkeden and random retarded crap either, but we'll see i guess.

I have no objection to this, but I'm staying in Boomslang. Our guild is awesome! If GDR wants to join, he can talk to me and I'll give him admin privi's so he can do what needs to be done if everybody is agreeable (including my co guild officers and leader)

We are not raiding atm. 1/2 our guild is PVP. The other half raids. Perhaps we could use a Raid Officer. LOL
