Hit escape, go to players list and mute him.

I just banned this dude...but only for 360 minutes so you need to permaban him, yes he has mad hax on. btw i didnt catch his steam ID cause he had been there for too long alrdy pwning evry1 and i just wanted to get him out after someone reported it to me.

If mute doesn't work @ player list, go 2 console - type voice_enable 0 until he leaves, then voice_enable 1 to activate..

Console - options - keyboard - advanced - enable console [button above tab]
