Ok now wth is wrong if my comp has like 200FPS when my old comp wich was 256ram had only like 60FPS and this one with 1gb ram has 160-220FPS?

If what you're asking about is why your current framerate is lower than that of your crappier, older computer, make sure the "Use 3D Acceleration" option is checked in the Graphics tab of the Options screen.
If that's not what you're asking, then can you please state it a little clearer? lol

I haven`t found 3D acceleration but i found GFX acceleration wich is grey not white so i can press it it`s grey and i can`t do anything i can play the game but it`s slow ro smthn when i have 200fps...

You can only change that option from the title screen of the game, before you log in.

If your FPS has decreased when you changed the option I suggested, you should really change it back again to get the better performance.
Just to clear some confusion over DE's FPS that many people seem to misunderstand, "FPS" stands for "Frames Per Second", and is NOT your ping or latency, or any indication of your connection to the game server. It's simply a measure of how quickly your computer can display DE's graphics. A higher FPS means your computer applies more changes to the screen per second than it would otherwise, which results in a smoother display of the graphics.
So, a higher FPS is better.

OFF TOPIC:
- About FS problems.. ok FS has some problems.. that can b solved.. but i just saw FS sub forum description ... [Prob i get ban] but why .. just for play with nice exp.. we are in the noob way ? this zomg ... ... u cant get 150 in 1 second... playing w/o macro.. it takes some months... i really dislike it... and why show jap as the best version.. if it the best why ppl play fs? bcuz exp? easy game style? i guess no1 here is 180.. so pls try to be neutral in description.. bcuz they are description.. no opinios...

The main purpose of playing FS is the xp it takes less time to master and you can pvp cause theres lots of players.
In japan you can`t pvp so good because the xp is low and it take time to get lvl so you can go pvp against races...
