Well in our computer class-room is like 20 computers plus one teacher's one and they are all connected, and i had taught that if teacher can see what are we doing then we could do it too, right?
And could we send letters without using internet?
Thanks for any help, Briglery.

You have to h4x into the administrator account.
There are a lot of guides out there in the Internet.

Well it depends on what you mean by the teacher can see what we are doing. Can the teacher see your screen on theres? Or can they just see what websites and things you are going to.
Also if you want to send messages from computer to computer look up the 'net send' command we used to use that all the time in high school.

the school network that i set up it just logged what sites and apps you opened. so you could try to find the log and just erase your activity but it requires that you access the admin acct. anyway which really isnt hard on windows.

To try sending messages via the network, see if you can still use the "net send" command; which has been disabled with SP2, but it's possible your school hasn't updated yet. To use it, open the Run command and type "net send <computer ID> "<message>"" without the <>'s. Eg "net send comp002 "hi retard"" will result in the computer with the ID of "comp002" on your network receiving a Windows OS pop-up saying "hi retard".
Do you have like a "home directory" system, where each user gets some server space to store schoolwork on? If you do, create a shortcut to a particular computer's hard drive inside your home directory, and you'll subsequently be able to access that computer from any other one connected to the network. That's how I used to store my MP3s at school, lol. And when one stash of MP3s got discovered, I had like 50 backup stashes. It's also a cool way of depositing stuff on the admin's computer without their knowledge by manipulating the shortcut file path; but make sure if you do that you edit the file's metadata to remove your user account as the creator of the file.
I used to have fun in high school, lol

no we haven't got it, but we are sharing everything trought the server, and we have got shared folders, so if someone creats something then everyone can see that, i think if i have enought time to search in school comps i can find a way how to get to admin's one...maybe. will see.
second edit:
But if i open up cmd and then write "net send computer002 hey" then will it pop-up by the same way? And how could i know what computer do i want to send a msg? Is there a ordering system or what and how to figure it out then?

yes, they can see what are we doing at the moment.
fourth(4th) edit :
