How to hotkey your skills?

I used to play International years ago......but can't remember how to put your skills/spells on hotkeys.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

open ur skill panel, move ur mouse over it, and click the F9-12 key IF ur slayer, if ur vamp, its F5-12
