Is it better than JP/INT ?

Better then INT by far.

Now which is better between JP and FS will differ from person to person. You might want to make a Pros and Cons list for each.

Such as:

FS

Pros:


High Exp Rate
Lots of good drops
Lots of people for PK'ing/Pvping
Lots of English clans on nearly every server


Cons:


High amounts of lags occasionally
May need a proxy
It's all in chinese (unless you use english patches)
Can be down at random times for long periods of time
Some Chinese just plain hate english folks


Japan

Pros:


Nice english community
Legal server meaning it won't be abandoned at some point
Relatively little to no lag (varies)
Good Drops


Cons:


Low exp rate (when you compare it to FS but others will say its not too bad so eh)
Smaller english community than FS.
Requires spending money if you want hourglasses and what not


All in all, they both have good and bad qualities. It's really up to you to choose.
