Can anyone explain how to use these?
Do i need 1 of each colour so that i get the all resistance+9 and all attributes+3 options? or can they be the same colour? So far i got Green and Blue...The black and Red are rare as hell T,T

You need all colors to activate the options.
Black is the most hardest.

And does the number int he purple part mean anything? Can i have like purple+1 and another core zap purple+2

i have no idea to the questions, but are u zangetsu? just asking cus i see that chara buying the black and red zap thing

No, you got it wrong.
You cannot have same colors for all 4.
4 colors = activate al options.
Just get all the 4 different colors and put it on top of your rings in your character window.

Good luck in getting black, lol.
Its hard to get black core zap, no one sells.

yes forever...
you just need the 4 colors, so you get all atrib.+3 and moju+9.
some core zap come with aditional option...like....INT+1 , or DEX+1..or....defence..whatever, corezap is great..but hard to get T.T
