Mouse not working In System Recovery

When im at my startup screen, i hit F10, go into system recovery (to reformat).

But my mouse fails and doesn't move when im in system recovery, anybody have any ideas?

Try using tab instead, also if you mouse is USB use ps2.

Also pretty sure its an HP since its a F10 restore. So if you wanna wipe everything out make sure you hit advanced otherwise it will just write over the windows files and thats useless.

Yeah i know, i asked my friend and he told me that USB legacy support in the bios has to be set onto on, it worked.

Also, my middle mouse button in firefox doesn't work after the installation, any tips on that.
