Nered help getting rid of program

Alright, I was surfing the net, looking for a add-on... Dled one... and along with it came this stupid thing that won't go away

When I try to delete it by right clicking its portrait next to my clock, it brings up this website called www.spylocked.com and it wants me to DL its spyware remover bs.

Well, I'm trying to get rid of it, and I can't... I have spybot search and destroy running, AVG running and i'm getting Ad-Aware DLed because I know its a good prog to for this shit... but otherwise I don't know how to get this damn thing gone.

Any suggestions would be grateful

and yes, I got rid of the add-on... no, I don't remember where I got it x.x

Do all these in safemode, to get into safe mode restart and after you see the bios screen start tapping F8, then choose safe mode (i usually do with network settings). If you do safe mode with network you can download and install and run all these in safe mode.

First run ccleaner

Also run vundofix

Alright, after I DLed Ad-Aware SE, and run the scan, I had to restart my comp to get rid of a file... its GONE BABY!
